Reading Electrolux Codes Before Parts Are Ordered

A code on the display is only a starting point. On a washer it may mean a fill, drain or door-lock problem, yet the failed part still has to be found by testing. On a wall oven it might involve a sensor, a lock or the control board, and a code looked up for the wrong generation of panel leads to the wrong part.

Some calls turn out to be settings, such as demo mode or a child lock. We would rather sort that out on the phone. When a part really has failed, we show you the test result and give a written price before ordering anything.
