The bake element may have burned out. We check it for continuity, then test the relay and the sensor on the control. If the element is the cause, we quote the part and labor before starting.
Can one of the six burners be repaired alone?
Yes. Each burner has its own igniter and cap. We test the electrode and the module connection and replace only the part that failed, which keeps the repair cost down.
The oven display on this range is going dim. Is that fixable?
Sometimes. We test the connection and the control board that drives the display. If the board is needed, parts for an older range are checked for availability before we quote the work.
