The EI28BS56IS has IQ-Touch controls, a bottom freezer and a standard-depth French-door layout. The EI28BS56IB and EI28BS56IW are sold too, and many revisions exist, among them ISA and ISB. Electrolux has retired it, but these still get repaired in Houston homes.

ISA is a later build of this model, carrying small changes from the first one. Some parts differ, so the label is checked before a fan or board goes on order.
The freezer is warm but the fresh-food side is fine. What do you check?
The evaporator fan comes first, followed by frost on the coil and the freezer drawer seal. Heavy frost, or a drawer that is not shutting properly, tends to explain it.
Is a bottom-freezer drawer hard to repair?
