Electrolux built the EI30MC45P as a stainless steel, 30-inch oven with a microwave above it, both run from one Wave-Touch panel. It is also sold as EI30MC45PS. Electrolux has discontinued it, and many Houston homes still run one every day.
The microwave sits on top of an electric oven, and both fill a single cabinet opening. Two different appliances share one front, so the trouble you notice may be coming from either half.
