ECWD3011AS
Electrolux ECWD3011AS Sous Vide Oven Repair
Most common issues on this model
- Installation clearances and the cutout fit
- Control messages after power is first applied
- Door alignment on the upper and lower ovens
- Air Sous Vide feature settings
Electrolux made the ECWD3011AS as an electric double wall oven, 30 inches wide, with Air Sous Vide. It is a discontinued model, and a newer 3012 version has taken its place in the line. Because it is more recent than the Icon ovens, many of the calls we get on it come from installation, setup or a door that is slightly out of line.
A double wall oven sits in a tall cabinet cutout, and the cutout size, the clearances and the power supply all affect how the ovens behave. We check those first if the oven was recently installed or moved. We also look at door alignment, since an upper or lower door that rubs or does not seal can change heat and trigger messages on the control. For heating, we test the elements and sensors of the oven that is affected.
Discontinued ovens need exact parts, so we read the plate for the model and serial first. The price is written ahead of the work, and the repair is guaranteed for 30 days.

Error codes this model can show
My ECWD3011AS was just installed and shows a control message. What do you check?
We check the power supply and wiring, the cutout clearances and the oven's setup. A message right after installation often comes from the connection or settings, not from a failed part.
What does Air Sous Vide mean for repairs?
It is a cooking feature listed for this oven. For service, we treat it as part of the oven's settings and controls, so we start with the control and sensors if the feature does not behave.
The lower door on my double oven rubs the frame. Is it serious?
It can let heat escape and wear the gasket. We check the hinges and the alignment of the door and the oven in the cutout, and adjust or replace the worn part.
