EW30GS75KS is a 30-inch gas built-in range with sealed top burners and Wave-Touch controls. It is no longer in the Electrolux lineup, so it is an older range, and many Houston owners have kept theirs for years and want to keep it running.
The sealed burners on this kind of range keep spills out of the cooktop base, which is helpful, but a boil-over can still run into the burner cap and the spark electrode beside it. When a burner will not light, that wet or crusted electrode is one of the first things we examine, along with the burner cap seating and the spark module.

Why will one sealed burner on my EW30GS75KS not light?
