Not always. The range shares its power across zones, so output can drop when many run at once. If one zone drops while it is the only one on, we test the coil and board.
What should I do about a crack in the glass cooktop?
Stop using the range and call us. A cracked top can let spills reach the electronics. We replace the glass after confirming the part from the label and quote the cost in writing.
How long does the steam clean take on this range?
This range has a one-hour steam clean. If the oven does not complete it or the door stays locked, we test the door lock and the oven sensor.
