On Electrolux ICON dishwashers like the EI24CD35RS and EW24ID70QT, iC3 reports that the power board and the motor control board are not communicating. The motor control board runs the pumps, so without it the dishwasher cannot wash or drain correctly. The display shows iC3, the cycle stops, and you may hear no pump noise at all.

iC0 is about the display board. iC3 is about the two boards that run the dishwasher, so the display can still work while the pumps are out.

Will the dishwasher drain with iC3?

Not reliably. The drain pump is controlled by the motor control board, so standing water can stay in the tub.
