The E15IM60GPS is the Icon Professional Series version of the 15-inch G-generation under-counter ice maker from Electrolux. The Designer version is the E15IM60GSS, and the two share a size and a generation but differ in styling, so we check which one you have before we order a part.

What is the difference between the GPS and GSS models?
GPS is the Professional Series styling, GSS is the Designer styling. Both are 15-inch G-generation ice makers. We confirm the letters on the label so the correct panel and parts are ordered.
My ice comes out small and hollow. What is wrong?
That points to low water flow. We check the inlet valve and its screen, and the supply line for kinks or a partly closed valve. Then we watch the freezing cycle.
Do you need to pull the ice maker out of the cabinet?
Often the front gives us access to the valve and controls. If we have to slide the unit out, we tell you first and include it in the written price.
