What is the difference between BT and BW?
They are the titanium and white finishes of the same dryer. We confirm which you have on the label before ordering trim. The finish never changes how we repair it, only which trim pieces get ordered.
Why won't Instant Refresh start?
Because it uses steam, it needs the water supply open and a clear hose. We check those first, then the steam parts in the dryer.
