What E98 / E9F means

E98 is a console control problem and E9F is a communication protocol problem on front-load Electrolux washers, Wave-Touch and IQ-Touch versions such as the EWFLW65HIW and EIFLW55HIW. Both point at the control console and its exchange of data with the main board. The display shows E98 or E9F and the washer may not respond to the panel.
